Zeal-Driven is led by Ms. Nono Matebello Rose Setai, an accomplished Civil Engineering Technologist with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Setai’s illustrious career spans roles in infrastructure planning, project management, and strategic leadership, having worked with prominent institutions like the City of Tshwane and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and an MBA, she is equipped with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of the built environment.
​​Ms. Setai's deep understanding of civil engineering, combined with her extensive experience in managing high-budget infrastructure projects like the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in Tshwane, positions her as a visionary leader in the construction industry. Her expertise in project performance monitoring, public sector governance, and innovative problem-solving has resulted in her successfully overseeing multi-million-rand capital projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
